Fundraising & Cost

The team participates in fundraising events each term, this is compulsory if you wish to be in the squad. As the team has no direct funding available to it, we solely depend on team fundraising to survive and an important part of being a DAZL Diamond dancer. All dancers will be provided with a FREE polo shirt provided by South Leeds & Hunslet Cars, this is to make all dancers feel part of the team and must be worn to all competitions and events. The weekly sessions are all a fixed rate of £2.50 each, also intensive day sessions are also priced at £5 per day. All dancers must be registered with the British Cheerleading Association, this is £8 every 3 years. Competition fees vary in price, but the squads fundraising will reduce the overall costs. The prices of sessions are kept to a minimum so the sessions are accessible to all who wish to be involved.
