DAZL Diamonds Staff

Founder of DAZL Diamonds & Artisitc Director Ian Rodley has over 10 years of experience of working in community dance profession; he has also worked as competitve cheerleading/ cheerdance, Jazz & hip-hop coach for over 8 years. Hes is fully qualified to NCSSE Masters Level (delivered through BCA), All coaches have to obtain this qualification before they work with the DAZL Diamonds Team.

Ian and Head Coach Vicky Mawson are also accredited coach's with the British Cheerleading Association (The official governing body for cheerleading & cheerdance) can be viewed on their website at www.cheerleading.org.uk.

Cheerdance & Hip-Hop Coach’s Kayley Davidson, Stephanie Dobson, Amy Smith and Assistants Dylan Brown & Amy Cunningham are the newest members of the staffing team along with Jazz coach Hope Sellers, they have between three & Five years coaching experience with the DAZL Diamonds teams and assists the New Head Coach Vicky Mawson & Artistic Director Ian Rodley on the DAZL Cheer Dance programme in schools across Leeds. They, like Ian, came through the DAZL model from a participant to now delivering on the DAZL programme.
