More about Amplified – Amplified sets out to connect the creative talent within the independent dance sector in Yorkshire/The North with the need for excellent artistic, sustainable dance performance with venues and festivals. The creative team working on this programme (Senior Producer and Junior Producer) will be tasked with designing and delivering new creative projects which are of relevance to the existing infrastructure of small scale venues and festivals and imaginatively engage communities with dance. They will work closely with artists to design projects and raise funds to produce and tour creative work as well as develop imaginative ways in which promoters can build confidence in working with artists based in Yorkshire/The North.  Amplified is a step-change project for Yorkshire Dance supported by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation: it is designed to support independent artists with a proven track-record whilst building a much stronger profile for dance with audiences, venues and festival partners.
